DIRECTIONS: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. For skin: Massage a small amount of oil gently into the skin
following a bath or shower. For hair: Apply a small amount of oil to the scalp and roots of your hair.
Massage the oil into your scalp using your fingertips and leave overnight.
